      Thanks brothers. I could use the motivation. I've been blowing up JandJ's phone for advice lately. On a cycle now but its been years since the last time and I have been making a lot of mistakes, mostly with diet. JandJ is right, I need to force down more calories. Sure most of you guys are larger than me. I'm 5'10" , 185 lbs, and probably at or just under 10% bf. Very cut but need size. I am going to push beyond my limits with this workout but may have a lot of questions. thanks for the support.

      Tried this today, only had 30 mins to work out so I did chest and tris (without overhead press). It fuckin kicked my ass AND got the job done in half an hour. Great write up!
