      Try a google search for "Derick Kendall powerlifter" he deleted his IG account a few weeks after i posted about him. I hate it because he was my one of my favorite people to follow.

I used the ed coan peaking calculator to add 60lbs to my squat in between meets, id for sure recommend it for anyone who prefers a lower frequency, higher intensity based squatting program. Things really start getting tough the last couple weeks, but really helped build my confidence under a heavy bar going into comp.
