I am going to print this out and give this to my new friend, and partial trainer. You're idea of work out if I have the time is fantastic! (I hope you don't mind) I'd like to use some of it.
If I didn't have school, I'd want this whole hearted!
it does look rough, it looks like it takes some serious thinking also.
That's b/c they use science to devise their training methods. They don't just wing it.
Another really successful training method is Sheiko.

When I first saw the material for this routine I was completely overwhelmed & that's even with a strong PLing background. I spent almost three months learning the science behind this template before I even entertained putting it in play. And to this day (6yrs later) I still find myself having to make adjustments. Understanding the periodization behind it will be your biggest feat. This program used to it's fullest potential will humble you & you will beg for deload!!
