Weighed in at 210 RPS meet, squat/bench/deadlift were 605/475/655 raw with knee wraps.
New member here... Not new to powerlifting though. Been training and competing for 10 years. Best lifts are 1005 squat, 635 bench, 785 deadlift at 242 in multi-ply gear.
im 5'7'' and 175lbs
bench- 300lbs
decline bench- 315 x3
squat- 455 lbs w/ knee sleeves and belt
deadlift- 425lbs w/ straps no belt
they can only go up from here right?
Best numbers in a meet are 628 squat 367 bench 650 pull raw w/wraps. 47 yrs. Old 229 pounds.

Fuck you guys are strong..recently was asked what my "total" was..didn't even know what that meant. lol So im 56 5' 8" 200lbs 12% bf. I've never dead lifted (looks scary as hell on the back) and haven't squatted in 10 years because of spasms in lower back. Been using sled ever since. My question, is it too late at 56 to get into power lifting. Especially with what I assume a weak lower back?
Bench only raw 570 in 275 class my b/w was 270 that day
