19 years ago. Best gym lift @17 years old. 6' 200 lbs. Deadlift 500 lbs. With chin spot. Consider to be my best because of age and size. Took 6 months to train. Started at 200 and went up from there. Pulled back muscle slightly and had to take of a couple of weeks. When I hit 500 I never dead lifted again. I moved on to legs. And fell in love with leg press. Trained for another 6 months and was 1200 lbs. @ 25 reps. I was stronger then most of the adult roid head men and I was just a kid. Still even being so strong it wasn't good enough. I wanted to look like the guys on world strong man. 19 years later guess what..I don't hahaha.
1488 @220 total was my first meet in July. I’m going for 1640ish this sat at a uspa meet!!

I’m 6 foot, 230 lbs. Best squat to date 455lbs, best bench to date 365 lbs, best dead 555 lbs. I use wrist wraps when benching, and knee wraps and a belt for squats and just a belt for deadlifts.
