      Biggest Total

Figured I Start up a thread on what everyone's best numbers ever were for the Squat, Bench and Dead Lift. Be interesting to see how strong some of the brothers on the forum are or have been! Mine is in my signature and hopefully that will only be increasing come October! So Lets hear it ...
      Current Stats: 5'11'', 215lbs, 9% BF

      Squat: 515lbs
      Dead Lift: 600lbs
      Bench: 365lbs

We talking competition lifts or gym lifts here?

My competition lifts are well below my gym lift PRs, but all my competition PRs were drug free division as I didn't start AAS until 2 years into powerlifting.

      Drug free, multi ply, 198 - Sq 501, B 363, Dead 531.

      AAS, gym lifts, multi ply, 220 to 230 BW - Sq 600, B 424, Dead 580

Yeah Gym or Competition lifts. What are you totals raw or do you only compete in gear?

I only compete in gear and probably will only continue to compete in gear. No plans to compete for a long time as right after my back was rehabbed I'm still dealing with my shoulders being fucked up from benching a lot in a shirt since I couldn't squat or pull during that time.

My best raw numbers in the gym I was around 220 to 225 BW and that was like SQ 340 belt & wraps, B 290, and DL 470. Only training raw at the moment as I can't squeeze my fat ass into my gear anymore and I sure as hell am not spending $1000 to buy all new gear.

I know a few guys who compete in gear but it seems like a pain in the ass to get all of the gear on lol I would literally watch them struggle or grab 2 to 3 guys just to put it on. More power to ya for making that commitment because it seems very time consuming haha

Wow those numbers are impressive .. What's your best squat in sleeves? I haven't used wraps in a long time but always wanted to throw them in for a solid overload session
