So I have been running RTS and 5-3-1 the last two years and to be honest I basically stalled the last six months except my Squat. About 5 weeks ago I decided to go back to the basics lift 3 days a week with a optional accessory day. And all I can say is that my lifts are going back up again. Sometimes the tried and true methods just simply work. Nothing fancy just simple lifts 3 days a week. Highly recommend if you are stalled just to go back to the basics.
