I've so train BJJ (checkmat) under marcelo MAFRA I also have had alot of problems with my legs the flexibility is just awful I was getting extremely frustrated with it till I started to follow and read up more on Orlando Sanchez he's a big guy but flexibility and stamina is insain so I just believe that in time it'll all come just take crazy amount of mat Time but I've also noticed as far as stamina I tend to have Lil to none depending what compound I am take EQ and of course tren kills my stamina EQ will fill my arms and legs with blood so quick I fill full and pumped just from warms up and technique legs will get to full I can't even pull guard they just feel completely dead after 10 mins of rolling it just all comes with the territory

Most MMA guys I roll with all still do the big lifts like bench, squat, DL.. They just do them in different forms, varying reps and sets depending on the week and how long before they fight. Doing MMA and or BJJ you never have an offseason so its not like football or bodybuiling when there is a down time. Do one heavy day a month and really work on you hips with explosive jumps and plyos..Tim Kennedy does box squats with pistols and goblet squats to help his hips rotate.

I had to stop going so heavy all the time because my knees couldn't take the stress of take downs and all the transitions.

If you want to take any one of these to the extreme the other one will suffer. How many world class bjj guys are also world class powerlifters?
