      One Set exercise will have your legs pumped, (HOW TOUGH ARE YOU REALLY)? TAKE THE CHALLENGE?

      Let's see who will there to enter into this challenge. It's just one single set. We here don't call it a super set. we just call it "one 'lil set". My partner and don't always agree, we use this method to shut the other up or except challenges from those who "say I can do that". here is how it goes.

      1. Pick up a weight or just the squat bar that is light enough to perform reps.

      2. Warm up and stretch well. Also make sure your last meal was ingested well before you attempt.

      3. Get a spotter or two depending on you.

      4. Then get in positon and perform 100 squats. Only rest you get is in between your pause for air. There is no time limit, just complete.

      If any one attempts this ,hit this thread up and tell us how you feel afterwards and if you walk out the gym? Ha ha. Let's see who are the beasts of the board are?

      Is it super hard with just an olympic bar? I have done 100 push ups before but yeah might give this a go for the lols.
