one other thing my body weight has alot to do with my new found strength and i gained it over 7 months and got 2 weeks to go to hit the 305 lb mark then, iam changing my journal if anybody gives a good fuck. but ill change for injury and incorporate SD, flat, brother iron, sprocket, that guy is a one man wonder the things he thinks about and hes as smart as all hell. i mean i do listen to very few but the guys names i mentioned i use there secrets, and i listen to as if it applies to me and i have been to alot of places you younger guys are just going through so if u even think i no wat iam doing your nuts i dont no shit after 31.5 yrs of constant training. i might have caught my bicep when talking on the phone u see i got alot of my own tribals ive been through so just ask SD loljk.
