When he talks about pushing the bar straight up this is WRONG (IMO) when it come to a Max Effort Press a heavy single but during reps it is correct but even doing Max Effort reps that last rep I might not get it I don't flaring my elbows and drifting the bar back.

I'm not sure I agree on the DE Bench my bench got stronger cutting it out and I can work on speed while warming up. A teammate of mine and friend set a National Record and never dose DE Bench.
