Honestly I’m a big bench guy. Love the bench press. But over the years I’ve tore my left pec minor three times and I strained it last week once again. For some reason though. Standing overhead press doesn’t hurt me at all to perform. So I’m kinda liking working on getting my standing press up. It is a bitch. But it’s a pain free movement I can do right now till back on the bench. Anybody ever competed in one of these meets?
