Currently at 305
Currently 47 compete in 198 (90kg) . Bench only after two blown knees . Presently benching about 535 lbs have tried 551 twice in comp. Recovering from shoulder injury taking it slow. Recently competed in Moscow for WPC hit an easy 523.5 wirh no pain. Want 551 this year.
Goals for this time next year. 315 bench (reps), 405 squat, 495 dL. Currently at 250 bench, 355 squat, 417 dead
I hit 315 in January, so I want a 350 bench by the end of this year.
I've been slowly recovering from a knee injury so my squat sucks but hopefully by the end of the year I'll get it back up to at least 315.
My deadlift I hope to have back up to 500 by the end of the year.
Goals for my meet in October:
Bench: 420 (current max 385)
Squat: 620 (current max 585)
Dead: 700 (current max 640)
