      Goals this year are 640 squat 460 bench and 660 deadlift. Just this year I’ve added 170lbs to my totals. This jump would be an added 115lbs. I feel like I left quite a bit on the stage his last meet as well. Didn’t struggle with any lifts and hit 9 for 9 whites.I’m fairly new to powerlifting and still working on form defects so I feel like this is an attainable number

      Thanks brother I’m 5’’ 9”” compete at 242lb uspa, bf stays around 12-15% depending on how close to comp I am and diet.
