      Recovery

What does everyone use for recovery after a heavy day at the gym?

I recently bought a TENS unit and it’s made a huge difference. Put it on a tight muscle and let it do it’s thing. I highly recommend it.

The foam rollers are great for massaging out tight muscles.

Nutrition wise, a MetRx big 100 bar. 32 grams of protein and about 45ish grams of carbs within 30 minute of finishing your workout...about 450 calories i think.

I always found getting a massage tremendously helpful and taking as many naps as I can not that it's always in the realm of possible to nap at all with life being so lifey
