      I compete in uspa powerlifting. I was the same as you, had been lifting for a long time and liked hitting big numbers more then constantly sculpting this or that. I absolutely love it!! Contrary to why some will tell you diet does not go out the window when you powerlift. Also contrary to what some will say I’ve still bean able to gain size and stay in great shape while doing so. Like prime said the biggest difference is training performance for the big three lifts rather then concentrating on building muscle.

      Hey brother thanks for hoping in here. I was hoping you would I've seen your posts about powerlifting. Yeah I'm just burned out on sculpting and would rather just pack on mass but still look good. Im naturally lean and I think this is a good way to get some beef.

      It’s definitely good for putting on size. I’ve put on about 25lbs over the past year and a half and bf has only gone up 2% last checked. Like everything though diet and training are the key to any goal. If you ever need any training ideas or diet info feel free to pm me
