Ok guys, my trainer for powerlifting was busy so I met with another guy. I have my opinion but wanna hear what you think...

He said I CANT do powerlifting and bodybuilding together. One or the other. Had me deadlift and said I need to use more back and less legs... said tren is harmless and great straight. He might just handle it well idk. And that chicken and rice would beef me up to my 205# goal.

I told him right after ive been studying the worlds strongest man and he deadlifts this way. More back? Does any of this make sense?
