I’m trying to cut a little weight before I start on my cycle cause I know I’m going to blow up a bit once I start the npp and high test so calories are a bit lose then normal.
Breakfast- 2 cups Greek yogurt with half an apple and 1 cup granola
9am- half cup trail mix
Lunch- 2 cups rice with some pancit and chicken adobo
Preworkout- complete cookie and two breadsticks
Diner- 1 cup rice 10oz grass fed beef

I’ll be watching this also. I got a meet this Saturday looking for 556/352/628 at 181 In sleeves. I may start a log for my June meet. Looking to take down a 600 squat at 181 in sleeves.

Squats today!! Legs were a bit sore still so this one kinda hurt lol.
Comp squat-5*3@75% (455lbs)
Pin squats-3*4@80%
Safety bar front squat-3*6@70%
Ab roll outs 3*20
Pin squats at 80% suuuuck!! Feeling pretty good though definitely ready to jump back on cycle to help recovery. I’m thinking I’m going to just start it this mon instead of waiting 2 weeks. It would add another two weeks of on cycle but that’s not to bad since I was only planning a short 8 week run. Joints and all that are good I’m just slow to recover with legs and back. I was getting a bit of of carpel tunnel feeling from the hgh but it’s going away slowly with adding in the t4.

Diet today
5am- 2 cups Greek yogurt with half cup granola and a whole diced apple
9am- fit aid drink with 1 cup trail mix
Noon- 1.5 cups white rice 10oz chicken breast
3pm- complete cookie and 1 cup trail mix
6pm- half cup home made macaroni, half a roasted chicken

Seated military press 3*8@190
Incline press 5*5@280
Incline dB flys 3*12
Db seal rows 3*12
Dips 3*8 with 75lbs added
Today was also like an open day at the gym I go to so they had the car deadlift rack out so I hit that up as well lol. Got 24 reps lifting a small Mazda car then 14 reps on the Honda CR-V. Shit was really fun but now I’m sore as fuck lol. My coach was a little pissed I beat him at reps on the crv hahaha had to flip him some shit. I have a video I’ll see if I can upload it

Ok so I started the cycle yesterday!! Pinned 1.2ml of DYEL npp/prop mix and was very pleased at the minimal pip from it. Was thinking it was gunna sting a bit being as it’s two short esters in one blend but absolutely no pain next day at all. Also pinned 1ml AP mast prop and couldn’t believe how thin it was. This is my first time with mast prop so I’m excited to see the results from freeing up test!! Let the MF games begin!!!

I just signed up a few days ago still trying to get all this computer stuff figured out. Been reading and following your posts for awhile looks like your gonna kick some ass on your upcoming meet best of luck to you last strongman contests I did had the car deadlift that's a good event hope you can post the video up
