Ok so I’m about two weeks in now and gear is in full effect so I thought I’d give a little update. Still running 500 npp/testp blend (DYEL) and 500 mast p (AP) and 300 test E (AP). This blend is amazing!!! I’ve run a lot of npp and I can say this is the best my joints have ever felt. Especially given my workouts are pretty taxing at this point of prep. Prop has kicked in on top of my trt dose and I’ve had to up my asin dose to 12.5mg 5 days a week. Libido is crazy strong right now can’t give the wife a break lol. I will probably be pulling bloods in a couple weeks and I’m very interested to see how this mast is helping free test cause my strength and recovery have increased big time in the past week or so. Anyways very happy with both sponsors gear, I knew what to expect with AP as I’ve run their gear several times and it’s always been fire but I’m veeeery happy with DYEL as this is my first run with them!!

Today was squats!!! Been stretching a lot more on down time and spending extra time rolling on the racquet ball between sets and it’s paying off. No IT pain at all for today’s session. Workout was
Squat-3*8@70% (425) w/1amrap
Caber bar squat-4*8@75%
Front squat-2*10@65% w/1amrap
Ab rollouts-3*20
Felt smooth today squats are feeling and looking great and pain is subsiding. I’m thinking a 670lb squat is coming very soon!!
