No workout today but I forgot to post yesterday’s deadlift workout!! I got a new pioneer belt and this was my first time using it for deads. I’m very happy with the belt!!! I couldn’t believe how comfortable it was right off the bat. It didn’t need breaking in at all!! Deadlift Workout was

Feeling good. Weight is moving fast from watching video, legs are a bit sore I gotta stay on top of stretching real good right after working sets!! Working with my new belt is going real good!! If anyone needs a good belt pioneer is where it’s at!!! As far as AAS everything is great to. Still on same doses and really loving this npp with mast. Have used tren and mast together but never this combo. Aggression in the gym is great libido is crazy strong right now (I’m sure this is From mast and proviron together) strength is good and joints feel on point!!

Today was another squat workout. Found some tne I had from a while back and pinned 1.2ml along with 20mg of halo and got to work!!
Squat-3*6@70% 465lbs and 1 amrap (got 8)
Front squat- 3*6@315lbs
Parallel box squat- 3*8@435lbs
GHR-3*12
Holy shit my back was pumped!!!! I’m guessing it was the halo but honestly no idea as it’s my first run of it. Felt real good with the tne and halo just had a massive back pump!!

Using tne felt awesome!! Could have kept going for hours I felt like!! Bench training is going super smooth, every workout is feeling almost to easy at this point. Going to talk with my coach if I need to raise up training %’s

Had deadlift training today. Got the week off from work which is nice not having to rush anything and taking in food whenever I want. Today’s lifts were

Felt good 495 went off the ground super easy!! Hit some tne and halo and felt like a mf monster!!! Got video will post later
