I will be logging my journey for the next 10 weeks as I prep for my next power meet. This will be my third meet that I have competed in and I’m going for an elite total (over 1701lbs for my weight). I will log diet as well as I can and my training for each day. Gear will be a mix between dyel and advanced. My last meets total was 1658, 606 squat/424 bench/ 628 dead. I’m looking to hit around 650 squat/ 460 bench/680 deadlift. I will be competing at 242 and am currently sitting around 250. I have been on 4 iu supertropin for about 4 weeks and will run that continuous as well as I’m on my regular trt of 250mg Test e a week plus the past month I’ve added 200mg mast on top of that. Cycle will be
Wk 1-8 npp/prop blend 500mg
Wk 1-8 test E 300mg
Wk 1-8 mast 500mg
Wk 4-8 dbol/adrol 25mg injectable ed
4 iu supertropin am/pm split
50mg proviron ed
100mcg t4 ed
Aromasin 12.5 mg eod (adjustable)

I’m looking to go pretty big this time around and hopefully grab state record for squat. These numbers would put me at a good spot for uspa nationals or IPL worlds depending on what my coach thinks.
