Comp bench 8*3 @65%
Incline bench 2*5@ 70%
Pin bench 3*8@60%
Seal rows 5*10
Two way raises 3*10
Rope push downs 3*10

Been having a little pain in my left shoulder so my coach hit it with he pain pill. GOD DAM that shit hurts lol will probably be a bit bruised but no pain no gain. He said I had a pretty good sized knot where my pec meets my shoulder so I’m glad that’s all it probably is.
