Paused back squat- 4*6@475lbs
Reverse hyper-4*8
Weighted planks-3@30sec

Man those paused squats had my dying!! Failed the last set at 4, first time this prep I’ve not been able to hit numbers but I’m not reading into it much cause my back was smoked from pulling an amrap on Friday at 606lbs!!
