Yesterday was squat training.
Comp squat-3*5@505lbs
Transformer bar front squat-3*4@365lbs
Paused back squat- 4*6@475lbs
Reverse hyper-4*8
Weighted planks-3@30sec
Man those paused squats had my dying!! Failed the last set at 4, first time this prep I’ve not been able to hit numbers but I’m not reading into it much cause my back was smoked from pulling an amrap on Friday at 606lbs!!

Sorry I did not update this thread. Got super busy during the last part of my training! Ended up with my elite total as I had hoped!!! Hit 1747 with a 651lb squat 435 bench and 661 deadlift. I was happy how it all went other then deadlifts. I got called for weak knees pulling 694!! Very happy other then that. Thankyou all for following

Some fucking huge lifts there brother.
Would you care to elaborate what your stack was going into this meet and what weight class this was in? Been out of the thread for a while

I was running 250mg test e, 400mg test prop, 400mg npp and 500mg mast prop. Weighed in at 237 for the 242 weight class

Even more props for hitting that total without using tren or orals. There should be plenty more in the tank when you bring those ace cards back out. Goodluck in your next prep/ offseason man!
