I thought I just pulled a glute muscle deadlifting during my last PL meet in November but realized in Jan that it was piriformis syndrome based on the symptoms. Have a PT appointment next week to start rehabbing but was wondering if any peptides would help?

Take a lacrosse ball and dig out your upper glute for about 3 min on both sides then do 20 rdl’s while allowing your knees to bend.. it shouldn’t hurt. It’ll help the nerve glide through that area while normalizing muscle contraction. Don’t dig on the pirifirmis, the upper glute will hurt enough

Dude thanks so much for the advice. Hit my upper glute hard with the lacrosse ball and just did some stretching mimicking the rdl movement and for the first time in months I was able to get through a leg day with no piriformis pain whatsoever
