I like putting the cups in the freezer..

We could start a PBA group. It’s necessary. I can’t have PB in the house or it’s gone in 3 days. I don’t crave food at night unless I have PB. Then I eat it constantly

Yesterday, i got to have, 126g of pb.. i mightve snuck a little more but. Fuck i needed it and today, i am struggling.. i really want my pb now but, i gotta wait before bed. Its been a rough one.

Okay. No more pb talk. Im gonna lose it and crack and screw myself for later.

Hope everyone is having a great Saturday! I’m stuck at work for 4 more hours then it’s time for the iron jungle. My least favorite day of the week, accessory bench... but it’s essential! I’m completely wrecked from this first week already. Switching back to lifting heavy is always rough at the beginning bc I put my muscles to work like they haven’t done in a while. This is the first time I’ve been on HGH during a powerlifting prep so I’m hoping it will help with recovery and injury prevention.

What’s everyone got on the menu for this weekend??

Venison backstraps and homemade jerky

probably gonna end up making a cheat meal tomorrow night and fry up part of the backstrap, wild morel mushrooms I vacuum froze from this spring, with some bacon wrapped jalapeño cream cheese venison poppers
