It’s heavy leg day again boys and girls. Been a long day off work running errands and getting a new tattoo. Gonna need to pump myself up to bang this leg day out. I also HATE being at the gym at prime time. Luckily nobody uses the mono lift at my gym except for my wife and me. Here’s the schedule for this week. Pleased with how heavy coach is having me go on deadlifts and squats so early in prep. High hopes for a monster total in 11 weeks.

Droid my man you got it figured the fuck out Bro...I LOVE ME anything peanut butter and chocolate. When I take my ***** at night to sleep I crave Chocolate covered gummy bears. I recommend you goto your local candy shop and buy atleast 4lbs if you've never tried them. Almost all the shit you post food wise makes my mouth drool instantly lol I think it's the MK to tho... Back and Leg day I eat like an uncaged lion any fucking thing insight. But I have a huge weakness to anything Birthday Cake tho

Deadlift 395lb for 3x3
Sit-ups 3x12
Ham curls 4x15

Good morning BOP! So I gotta admit switching back to powerlifting prep is fucking me up. I’m used to working out 6 days a week. When I’m on prep I’m only allowed 4 days a week... mon, wed, fri, sat. I need more recovery time when I’m pushing heavy weight with progressive overload every workout. My first prep I tried to train other body parts and that was a BAAAAD idea. Injuries left and right.
Heavy bench day today. Feeling good about it. Mobility work has kept me loose and pain free so far.

Forgot to post the wife’s training for this week:
She’s ramping up slowly waiting for the var to kick in. She’s taking flash labs 10mg daily for a few weeks before possibly bumping it up depends on sides and how she feels. I FINALLY convinced her to jump on the HGH train. She started 1iu/day on Monday. I will keep her there for 3-4 weeks before moving to 2iu then leave her there. Anyone have much experience with females and hgh? Time frame for noticeable results?

Good morning you massive mother fkr!
Psyched following along here. When I go off cycle into PCT, I’ll switch from 6 days on to 3 days strength with 2 dedicated climbing days (mostly pulling muscles here).
Of course I’ll be hitting you up for recommendations on programming

You know it man! Recovery will be greatly improved once you throw in that hgh. I’ll be interested to see how it improves your climbing

Monster workout today. Feeling stronger every session. The tren is definitely kicking in and I can feel the increased dose this week. Soaked in sweat at the gym but so far no other noticeable side effects. I’ve been lucky during my Tren runs and haven’t ever dealt with the night sweats or insomnia associated with tren. Methyl tren on the other hand... I don’t think I slept for 4 weeks haha.
Competition bench 335lb for sets of 3,3,3,5
Incline DB 115lb for sets of 6,6,6,9
Barbell row 315lb for sets of 6,6,12
V-bar pushdown 100lb for 10,10,12
Side raises 30lb for 12,12,15
Tennis elbow was acting up during side raises so I switched to lateral raise machine to avoid gripping dumbbells and focus on my delts.
One thing I’ve learned from bodybuilding and powerlifting prep is that injuries are inevitable with the type of stress we put our bodies through. The key to success is to be aware of those injuries and know how to avoid making them worse. Sometimes that calls for completely avoiding training the injured area and resting it. Sometimes it’s finding alternative training methods to work around the injury.

You should find a doc who does ART! Clears up tennis elbow pretty well! I can usually get my patients close to 100% in 3-4 weeks.
