It’s another beautiful Friday BOP. What’s everyone up to today? Plans for the weekend? It’s my favorite day of the week. Not because it’s the last day of the workweek... it’s not for me. ITS DEADLIFT DAY.
Feeling strong and man this tren is no joke. This is my first time I’ve run tren at a higher dose than test and I love it. Used to always use 2:1 test to Tren ratio but I like this much better.
Goal for today is 540lb for 7 on my fail set. Might need to bring some ammonia for this one

Do you ever get done with heavy deads then the back of your head hurts at the base of your skull?

No, but I know what you’re talking about. I have a buddy who actually strained a neck muscle doing heavy dead. Neutral spine and neutral neck will really help with that. That pain is from muscle strain so if you can keep it more relaxed it’ll definitely help.

Ah yeah...I’d also read it was breathing incorrectly. Thought I was about to have an aneurism after some heavy ass rack pulls yesterday haha

I’d like 1700+ for this meet. That’d put me 100lb increase from last meet in November. Goals are to bench 425, squat 625 and pull 700

I’m fucking wiped. That workout was the hardest so far. And I’m just in the beginning phases. Pushing hard and seeing great results already.
Sumo deads 540lb for sets of 3,3,3,9
SSB good mornings 275lb for 7,7,10
Pause squats 425lb for 3,3,5 (getting tired)
Side bends
Ham curls
Exceeded my expectations on my failure set of deadlifts. My damn face looks like it’s gonna explode the last 3-4 reps lol
Wifey hit deads 295 for sets of 3,3,7 and some accessory work. Good day all around. Now time to go lay around like a zombie
