Sorry I was MIA this weekend! Strep hit me HARD Friday night and I was pretty much out of commission Saturday and Sunday. Back at it full force today! About to head over and get 6 week bloodwork pulled. Coach told me I’m so far ahead of where I was last prep “it’s kinda scary” so I’m feeling good. He’s gonna be pushing me hard I can already tell. 5 working sets on all the major lifts and most accessories. Gonna be a draining week.

Just demolished my leg workout. Also, the leg workout demolished me. Coach bumped up the volume this whole week so everyday is going to be taxing. Mentally and physically drained after this training session. Think I’ll go Ice my knees and relax out back by the pool the rest of the day.
Comp squat 505lb for 3,2,2,2,5
Leg press 830lb for 6,6,8,8,8
Sumo dead 410lb for 5x3
Decline sit-ups
Ham curls

Not a bad workout today. Still feeling not 100% from being sick but still made the best out of heavy chest day.
Comp bench 355lb for 2,2,2,2,4
Incline DB 120lb for 5,5,5,5,7
Bent barbell rows 325lb for 5,5,5,5,8
V-bar pushdowns 3x8
Side raises 3x12
Took .25ml BCG Livewire preworkout today and it was pretty good. Nothing super noticeable at 25mg. Will be trying .5ml pre deadlift workout on Friday. Hoping for a big fail set of 560!

Another rough workout. But feeling really strong. Coach actually said I’m getting too strong too fast and is worried I’ll injure myself lol. Anyone who deadlifts hook grip will understand this... my grip is going to give out long before my strength does.
Sumo deadlift 560lb for 2,2,2,2,failed on 8
SSB good morning 295lb for 5,5,5,7
Pause squat 430lb for 2,2,2,4
Side bends
Extensions
Got a long weekend coming up. Work all day Saturday followed by a full day of mulching. Please tell me someone is doing something more fun than that this weekend...

Yeah. Damn. Im intrigued. I was able to deadlift 300, sunday for 3 so. I probably could pull her max.. my squat still sucks and, i cannot bench for the lift of me. Keep posting her numbers. I want to follow!
