Man once I get over 5 plates I can’t be explosive at all bc my thumbs don’t hold. Gotta figure something out. Gonna try covering them in chalk next week

That’s a wrap for this weeks training. Overall a solid week and pushing strong numbers for this early in prep. Accessory bench day is boring but necessary unfortunately.
Close-grip bench 315lb for 3,3,3,5
Overhead press 195lb for 5,5,7
Wide grip pulldowns 200lb for 5,5,5,7
Barbell rows 305 for 7,7,8
Weighted decline sit-ups
Skullcrushers
Coach will either have me deload next week (I hope not) or I’ll be pushing some big numbers and be begging for a deload after next week.
Will check in with the wife for her numbers when we are done with some yard work. Hope everyone is having a killer weekend!
