Got the BPC and some GMP black tops on the way gonna lay off the bench and hopefully be as good as new once January rolls around...that Gamma Bomb program is gonna destroy me I already know it...excited tho.

Only the owner man. Haydn Schneider has a MONSTER bench. His max is 540 apparently. But he’s about my size and I’d get him on squats and for sure deads lol.

Heavy bench day. Had a great workout. Working with a bit wider grip on bench now to help take the pressure off my elbows. Worked up to 3 singles at what looks to be my opener. No elbow sleeves the first 2 sets and felt good. No pain at all first set and totally manageable irritation the second. Threw on sleeves for the third set just to ensure I didn’t irritate them more than necessary. Everything moved well. Wider grip isn’t as strong for me so it’s slower and has less power. Transitioning into the peak portion of prep so coach changed up some accessories. 3 second pause bench is fantastic for building strength and speed out of the bottom of the movement. No sleeves and these felt amazing. My chest will be wrecked from those tomorrow.
Comp bench 385lb for 3x1 with commands
3sec pause bench 335lb for 3x3
Barbell rows 340lb for 8,8,12
V-bar pushdowns
Side raises

Y’all are fuckin beasts...
Got some ace supplies in today. Pinned 500mcg of BCP next to the elbow using the chip clip like you said.
Should I go lower doses? Twice a day?

I did 250 twice a day the first week. Then 250 once a day after that.

For those who may not know (me). What exactly is a comp bench? I have tried to look it up.
And I may me only sort of joking when I say one day I hope to be as strong as your wife. Those are fantastic numbers.
This log is fantastic.
Real pain is failing to succeed.
