I wish! It’s just bad timing for my body to be telling me I need a deload. We’ll see what my coach comes up with. He’s mentioned maybe a half week deload since we can’t afford a full week this close to the meet.

Accessory bench went really well tonight. Weights moved great even if they didn’t feel that great. I’m on day 7 of a 20 day straight work schedule so I’m bound to get a little cranky starting Monday when I have to deal with coworkers. Increased my test and tren to 700 each today and will continue until the meet.
Close grip bench 360lb for 3x2
Overhead press 225lb for 4,4,6
Pulldowns 210lb for 6,6,6
Barbell rows 340lb for 8,8,10
Sit-ups
Skullcrushers
Wife is getting STRONG. Repping out 140lb on the incline lookin like a damn beast. Will post her weeks results in the morning when she sends them to me.

So much for a half week deload this week... Hardest week of prep right here. TONS of volume. After this week coach says it’s a nice slow deload until the meet so there’s that to look forward to.
