Pretty solid workout today. Patellar tendinitis decided to rear its ugly head towards the end of heavy squats. 6 working sets is a LOT of volume. Ended up calling it after the 5th set bc my knee was hurting really bad. Other than my knee, the weight felt great. Strong and smooth lifts, just painful.
Squats 550x2, 555x2, 560x2, 560x2, 560x2
Leg press 880lb for 5,5,6
Deadlift 405lb for 3x3
Sit-ups

Your barbell rows give tendinitis of elbow just thinking of them.
Your overhead press is spectacular.
I read your log and just imagine people think you might be settling up for squats then you rep out overhead presses. Or you look like you are setting up for rack pulls then you start doing bent over rows. Super impressive. You and your wife have excellent numbers. I love reading through this log.
Real pain is failing to succeed.

Thanks bro! My overhead press has always been a weak point so it’s something I’ve worked hard to increase.

Killer bench session guys. I’m finally feeling good about the meet now. Lots of volume today and still hit some major PRs today and more to come at the meet. Was scheduled to start at 385lb for singles with commands and move up 5lb each set for 6 sets if the reps were smooth. My meet PR was 385lb and my gym PR was 390lb. Ended up joining the 4 plate club today!

3 sec pause bench 345lb for 3x3
DB rows 120lb for 12,12,12
