Haha she’s actually interested! I have some on the way. I don’t know much about it being used by females though. I know it has a really short half-life but using it a few times will she see any negative effects since it’s pretty much in and out?

No. I never did. Start her at 30mg and no more then 50/55ish.
Just do it for the meet. And if she whenever she wants to have a good workout. I wouldnt suggest using it everyday for months. Then, yeah, id assume sides. But here and there, like i did. She sould be fine.

Cool! Hopefully it arrives in time!! I’d like to have her try it for a session before the meet but if it just has to be meet day oh well she’ll get a nice boost

Yeah, in the real world, id suggest trying it pre meet but, if it doesnt reach in time, i think the day of will be fine.

Here it is guys. Today is my last heavy deadlift session before my meet and it will help determine how I will do come meet day. My current max is 655 made 2 weeks ago and coach has me starting at a single at 600 today. I’ll move up 10lb each set until I’ve reached my max for the day. What do you think I’ll pull today??

Shoooo I think my back might get too tired before I get that high. 9 working sets would be brutal lol. But that’s his reasoning for it I’m sure. See what I can do with small increases. My max today will likely be my second attempt at the meet. I’m guessing 670
