Wife’s deadlift video is added!
Stay tuned over the next year. We’ve set our sights on some big totals and have 2 meets picked out. We’re gonna focus solely on powerlifting next year so we should see some huge increases by the end of the year.
That’s it for the log ladies and gents. Thanks to everyone who followed along and encouraged us along the way. It means a lot to have so much support from people that we really don’t even know. This is such a great community and I’m lucky to be a part of it.

The funny thing is I warm up sumo until I get to my working sets. It helps me save my lower back while warming up my erectors, legs and CNS for heavy lifts. It throws everyone off when I’m warming up at the meet and go up to 585 pullling sumo and then get on the platform and open up with 635 conventional haha
