I have pretty high liver enzymes and family history of cholesterol issues so that is the reason for so many supps for now.
My nutrition will be fairly similar day to day. I’m not too worried about it unless I start gaining a lot of weight. If that happens I’ll dial it in and keep everything tight. With the hgh and tren I should be able to cut some bf while increasing strength pretty dramatically. I will document my diet the last 4 weeks along with any water weight cut I need to do (hoping to not need to do this).
Felt great today. Up at 4:30am as usual, had a solid day at work and home by 2:30pm. Gym at 3:30 for my first heavy leg session. Light mobility work with a lacrosse ball on the upper glutes and some stretching. I don’t usually do high bar squats so this was challenging.
High bar squats @ 470lb for sets of 3,3,5.
Leg press up to 8RM with 810lb on sled.
Sumo deads 3x3 @370lb.
Decline sit-ups with 65lb weight for 10RM
Ham curls 130lb for 10RM
Overall a solid workout. Feels great to be back under some heavy weight. Time for some dinner and my shots. Hope everyone had a great day!
