      Like SS said, happy Monday all! Today is the official start of meet prep and I’m beyond stoked. Glad to have you all following along. I will submit my full daily log towards the end of the day after my lift but I’ll be throwing tidbits in here throughout the day as I think of them.

      Alright boys and girls. Long post so bear with me. I’ll summarize my supps and nutrition so I won’t have to do it every day. I’ll plan on doing this every Monday just to keep it fresh.

      I inject everything daily. So pinning schedule will be the same from here on out.

      INJECTS
      -4iu hgh split am/pm
      -.3ml Test E
      -.5ml Tren A
      -.1ml NPP (for joint support)

      SUPPS
      -Tudca
      -NAC
      -Milk thistle
      -Astragalus
      -Dandelion
      -Turmeric
      -Alpha-Lipoic acid(ALA)
      -Indole 3 Carbanol*
      -Calcium D Glucurate*
      -Choline
      -Red Rice Yeast
      -CoQ10
      -Garlic
      -Fish Oil
      -Niacin
      -Synthergine

      I have pretty high liver enzymes and family history of cholesterol issues so that is the reason for so many supps for now.

      My nutrition will be fairly similar day to day. I’m not too worried about it unless I start gaining a lot of weight. If that happens I’ll dial it in and keep everything tight. With the hgh and tren I should be able to cut some bf while increasing strength pretty dramatically. I will document my diet the last 4 weeks along with any water weight cut I need to do (hoping to not need to do this).

      Felt great today. Up at 4:30am as usual, had a solid day at work and home by 2:30pm. Gym at 3:30 for my first heavy leg session. Light mobility work with a lacrosse ball on the upper glutes and some stretching. I don’t usually do high bar squats so this was challenging.

      High bar squats @ 470lb for sets of 3,3,5.
      Leg press up to 8RM with 810lb on sled.
      Sumo deads 3x3 @370lb.
      Decline sit-ups with 65lb weight for 10RM
      Ham curls 130lb for 10RM

      Overall a solid workout. Feels great to be back under some heavy weight. Time for some dinner and my shots. Hope everyone had a great day!

      Wife’s workout for today:

      -High bar squats @225lb for sets of 3,3,5
      -Pause squats 5RM at 195lb
      -Side bends 10RM w/ 50lb DB
      -Ham curls 8RM w/ 110lb
      -Conventional DL 3x3 w/ 205lb

      Side note, private labels Ironman caps... HOLY SHIT I took one last night and thought I’d need to call a doctor due to “erection lasting longer than 4 hours”... highly recommend.

      Man I’m doing the 5mg cialis daily and can’t drop a deuce without resting the tip on the seat.

      All day semi. Dunno what I would do with 4 hours of power.
      Just a little guy gonna get big...
