It’s cool also because last year she started competing in powerlifting meets. Nice to see crossovers like that.
How about Larry wheels?? If you don’t know about him look him up. He’s an INSANELY strong powerlifters and he’s in his early 20s. Lean af all the time and actually did a bodybuilding show last year or early this year and won. Now he’s prepping for Big Dogs meet later this year.

Man check out Eric lilliebridge too. He’s a monster.
I would LOVE to go to a meet like that and just watch the big boys tear it up. I watched some of the live stream of the Kern US open and it was nuts. So many crazy strong men and women out there

Bench felt great today. A little joint pain in the elbows but nothing a bit of NPP won’t fix up in a week or so. Mobility work before and after chest days are really important to me as I get tight very quickly if I don’t utilize stretching. I’ll post up the programs I use tomorrow when I get to my computer.
Pause bench @330lb 3 sets of 4,4,6
Incline DB up to 115lb for 8RM
Bent over Barbell row up to 315lb for 8RM
V-bar pushdowns 4x10 at 110lb
Side bends 110lb for 12RM
Time to MEAL and shower before we hit the local country fair. The wife loves that shit lol
