      Droid’s Meet Prep Log

      Alright guys I’m officially starting my 12 week meet prep log. Over the course of the next 12 weeks I will document my training, nutrition, supps and cycle. Any questions you guys have feel free to shoot them my way and I’ll answer the best I can. Each week I’ll be posting my prescribed lifts for the week and as the week goes along I’ll update on those workouts go.

      As of right now I’m finishing up my 4th week of my blast. Tomorrow starts week 5 which means I get to add tren ace into the mix. It’s been 3 years since I’ve used tren to I’m excited to see the effects again. Here is my cycle:

      Test E 500mg/wk. (weeks 1-16)
      Tren A 600mg/wk. (Weeks 5-16)
      Halo 10-40mg ED. Increase 10 each week. (Weeks 13-16)
      Tbol 25mg ED. (Weeks 13-14)
      Tbol 50mg ED. (Week 15-16)
      Aromasin 25mg (E3D) (Weeks 1-18)
      Caber .25mg (As needed) (Weeks 5-16)
      I take all my injectables every day so I can keep my blood levels as even as possible.

      My training split will be:
      Monday- heavy squats, accessory deads
      Wednesday- heavy bench & accessories
      Friday - heavy deads, accessory squat
      Saturday - light bench & accessories

      I am implementing mobility work 10min before and after each workout and also hitting mobility hard on my off days to hopefully stay injury free.

      My nutrition is pretty consistent year round, but I add extra intra-workout carbs on training days. I sit around 3200 calories but I will increase as needed to support my training volume. I will likely get up to 4000cal. I am currently sitting right around 220lb and compete in the 220lb class so I’m not trying to gain much weight if any. Cutting weight for a meet really cuts into my lifts.
