Today’s the day! My favorite day of the week. HEAVY DEADLIFT DAY. It’s only the beginning of prep so nothing too exciting on the menu for tonight. Just working up to 515 for a few sets of 2/fail. Body is feeling nice and rested. Ready to show these weights who’s boss tonight

Fuck yeah! Thinking of goin back to powerlift type training. I was doing 531 for a while. I'd love to pull over 600 at 198.

Hell yeah man get on it! 600 at 198 is a big pull! Wouldn’t take long from that 531. I love training for powerlifting. But man after 3-4 months straight I’m ready for a break and take advantage of some more volume and hypertrophy training

Meant 5/3/1 haha. My best pull was 545 at 186. Wasn't on any gear so I'm hoping 600 is doable!

Monster workout today. Deadlifts feel great and my back feels solid.
Sumo deads 510lb for sets of 3,3,10(failure)
SSB good morning up to 8RM of 275
Pause squats up to 5RM of 435
Side bends
Leg extensions
Mobility work and foam rolling post workout followed by a monster bowl of this new cereal I found.... couldn’t pass it up.
