Exactly what these guys said! I have a ruptured disc, ridiculopothy, and have had my SI come out. None of these are fun at all. Like Born said it’s a lifelong problem now with good days and bad.
I don’t deadlift or squat heavy. No reason for me to do that and injure myself further. Give it a day or two rest and if not better see a dr. Am x-ray will only show bone damage or misaligned spine. Go for the mri, especially if you pain going down your hips, legs, knees.
