I dont deadlift simply because of this injury. I just had a consultation with one today. On preventative measures and strengthening my posture and weak points in my back.
Problem is there are 50 back poppers to every 1 real chiropractor.
I would be willing to go to one. But i have no idea as to how to tell the real ones from the fakes. I know this practice is one of the big ones with scammy shit behind it. You know the ones who stand at the gym with the little booklets and that scammy ass machine saying yep your back is messed up.

I go off how intelligent they are, their location, and their reputation.
Some guy or gal in a strip mall in a small town is not gonna be a good chiro.
A guy right outside the inner city with an enormous brick office and other chiros, massage therapists, accupuncturists, and specialist in his employ is not gonna be stupid 99% of the time.
