Ya you have to be careful about overloading on sodium. I’ve seen a lot of guys suffer at their meet from doing to much. I’d possibly utilize the IV if it was less then a 24hr weigh in but don’t see the need with a full day to get back to good

Meet went fairly well today. Hit 683 on squat as my 3rd attempt and still had a bit left in the tank so happy with that. Bench was shit, opened at 407 then jumped to 455 and had a grinder due to elbow issue but still made the lift. Jumped to 473 and got stuck right off the chest. God dam elbows man!! Deadlift was ok not to upset hit 672 on my second and it moved fairly well but then jumped to 700 and got stuck right above the shins. Overall not a bad meet ended up with a 1810lb total and 3 state APA records so cant be to mad. Will be starting hgh here soon so hopefully then helps out he elbow issues I’m having

On de load after the comp. yesterday was the first day back, hit some light squats on ssb, the some ghr’s and lots and lots of stretching out. Not too sore but lower back is a bit tight from the meet. Ready to get back at it though. Back on eating clean which look like this as of right now
5am-4eggs 1 cup oats.
9am- half cup pea salad and 6oz steak
12- 8oz steak and 1.5 cups whit rice
5pm- 8 oz steak or chicken 2 cups whit rice
9pm- 2 cups Greek yogurt with 1 cup granola

The week is finally almost over and I can get back to my program!! I hate deload weeks but they are needed for sure. Still pinning test 250 and mast 200 ever mom/wed/fri. Will be pulling bloods here in a couple weeks
