Doughnut and deadlifts today!!! Me and the wife had a photoshoot to promote the gym today and the Gym owner who’s also my coach thought it would be a good idea to do a tandem deadlift of 1105. Was pretty fun actually, never done a tandem lift before.

Went in today and just did some bodybuilding stuff to get a nice little pump. Kept it simple
Curls 3*12
Triceps pushdowns3*12
DB shoulder press 3*10
Lateral raises 3*12
Felt nice to just go and do some fluff and puff work and get blood flow up. I like sticking with a program but it’s good here and there to just go in and do whatever ya feel like. Still running 750 test e and 600mg mast e a week. Feeling great right now, recovery is great and strength is slowly growing. Will be on this until a couple weeks out from comp when tren and sdrol will be added

Ok been super busy this week but pretty happy with how training is going so far. Bench has always been my strong point but this prep it’s seeming to level off with my other lifts. Deads are feeling great hit a rep pr yesterday of 5 reps at 605lbs!! I will try and be more diligent on posting every day now that work has slowed down a bit. I was lucky enough to be chosen to log some free products from pharmacom so I’ll be adding in their injectable dbol and adrol here soon!!

God I need to get back on this log lol!! I like doing main lifts obviously but higher rep range. Then I do a lot of movement work to keep mobile and joints get some good break from the same movements over and over again ie sled drags/ farmers carry/ box jumps. Throw in some hypertrophy work to get different break down of muscle and good blood flow and off season gains.
