Back on program starting tomorrow! I hate deload but it’s usually much needed. Will be starting injectable dbol/adrol tomorrow as a preworkout and excited to see what I can do with it.

Bench day went great coming off a nice deload. Started Pcom inject dbol 20mg before workout and the pump was insane!! Elbow pain is pretty much gone and not going to be a problem come meet time so happy about that workout was

Tonight’s squats went shitty!! Started warming up and my tfl acted up right away! Hit 535 for 5 then 565 for a triple. The goal was 606 for an amrap to get an idea of where I’m at and I really wanted 3-4 but I could only get one. My tfl was on fire after that!! Had to just shut it down and call it a day. I will Be doing everything I can to rest and stretch it out and reassess next week! I’m going to blast some tb-500 and bcp-157 right in the tfl and see if that helps!! Super pissed this close to comp but gotta just work past it

Deadlifts today went really good I feel like my form is finally getting To where I need it to be. I’ve always had more then enough strength to pull over 700 but my weak form has always held me back. Considering my leg drive is off due to my tfl being jacked up I was pretty happy to hit 606 for 5 reps.

What about your deadlift form was holding you back? Personally my lower back has some alignment issues so I struggle training really hard conventional with any sort of volume. Every rep is a risk of injury and the slightest deviation from perfect form can set me back weeks. I’ve gotta train sumo 95% of the time but luckily I’ve found it transfers over incredibly well to conventional.

I’ve always had an issue with my legs locking out way early in the lift cause my bass shoots up to fast. I’ve just recently been able to get it better and not been stripper polling it every rep

I used to be the same way. I’ve always had a really strong back and people used to comment how strong my straight leg deadlifts are... while I think to myself that they were supposed to be regular deads...
