      Bench workout today was nothing special. I’ll tell you what though the back pumps from this dbol is insane!! Even just hitting chest and upper back it’s super pumped!!
      Speed bench
      290*8
      335*6
      395*4*4
      365*5
      340*6
      315*7
      295*8

      Overhead press
      150*5
      180*3
      225*3/5/7/4/6/8

      Floor press
      405 2*3

      Tricep press down
      240lbs 3*15

      Chest supported rows
      220lbs 3*8

      Pushups at the end of my workout set 3 sets till failure. I’m experimenting with a theory that if I pump lots of blood into the area I’ve just worked out that it will help with recovery and also who doesn’t like leaving the gym pumped lol

      Love finishing my bench workouts with pushups. Makes me hella sore so idk about recovery, but for sure helps to work more stabilizers and increase hypertrophy without banging up the joints.

      Try doing them pressing from a barbell set on the lowest pin in a rack to make them more bench specific. The west side guys swear by those

      Some heavy weights your moving around there bro.

      Just saw your good bloodwork on Olympia’s product.

      Just curious do you use the masteron for some anti estrogen benefits or do you find it helps with the powerlifting training?

      Most powerlifting cycle advice always seems to be the usual test tren or test deca with orals, maybe eq thrown in here and there. Never hear much about masteron.

      Thanks brother. I use it to help with free test. I feel like when I run mast with test I get more out of my test. Keeping test unbound is where I feel you get the most power, like putting test on steroids lol.
