Ok so I am starting my log for a meet I will be competing in come December this year. Goal as stated will be an international elite total, for my weight class that will be 1865 lbs. I will log daily workouts and give a run down of my nutrition as well. I compete in the 242lb weight class and as of right now I’m sitting just around 250. Goal isn’t to put on much size maybe 10lbs since cutting big weight doesn’t play well with strength for me. Mainly getting strength up and dialing everything in as far as lifts and conditioning for the meet. I’ve started my cycle already which is

Kickstarted with dbol and adrol 50mg daily
Will add in tren and superdrol at the end to run up into comp time.
I’m actually competing in a local smaller federation meet this weekend as kind of a test run to see where I’m at for 1RM on lifts. Previously max on lifts are

Will be looking for somewhere around 700squat, 480 bench and 720 deadlift come this December. I have a coach who I’ve been with for the past year now and really like his style of training. I usually train 4-5 times a week hitting each lift on separate days with variations and accessories thrown in for each lift on all days. Let’s get it started!!!
