      Sodium load up until 4 days out. Then cut carbs in half for two days then no carbs last two days. Water intake goes from normal to half a gallon 3 days out then 24oz then no water day before weigh ins

      Pretty similar to mine when I need to cut. Any particular rehydration methods you prefer?

      Same. I felt like a fucking balloon at my last meet after the rehydration though. I’ve got a bunch of friends who get actual IVs

      Ya you have to be careful about overloading on sodium. I’ve seen a lot of guys suffer at their meet from doing to much. I’d possibly utilize the IV if it was less then a 24hr weigh in but don’t see the need with a full day to get back to good
