On de load after the comp. yesterday was the first day back, hit some light squats on ssb, the some ghr’s and lots and lots of stretching out. Not too sore but lower back is a bit tight from the meet. Ready to get back at it though. Back on eating clean which look like this as of right now
5am-4eggs 1 cup oats.
9am- half cup pea salad and 6oz steak
12- 8oz steak and 1.5 cups whit rice
5pm- 8 oz steak or chicken 2 cups whit rice
9pm- 2 cups Greek yogurt with 1 cup granola
