God I need to get back on this log lol!! I like doing main lifts obviously but higher rep range. Then I do a lot of movement work to keep mobile and joints get some good break from the same movements over and over again ie sled drags/ farmers carry/ box jumps. Throw in some hypertrophy work to get different break down of muscle and good blood flow and off season gains.
